Super Junior Kyuhyun transformed into a rocker.
The episode of KBS 2TV ‘Immortal Song2 – Singing the Legend’ which will air on August 27th, idol singers performed various hit songs of the legendary Kim Wansun. Among those singers, Kyuhyun will try rock for the very first time.
Kyuhyun chose Kim Wansun’s ‘Pretend Party’ which was in her 5th album. Kyuhyun performed this song on stage with shocking arrangement, which is rock.
On the show, Kyuhyun performed on stage with TRAX’s Jungmo to emphasize the rock. The makeup and the clothes matched his rock concept, and Kyuhyun transformed 180 degrees from the ballad which he persued so far.
Also, Kyuhyun, who sang with his unique sweet voice, will sing very high notes. Also, he showed a rocker like side by getting into the beat with Jungmo’s guitar.

Super Junior’s 5th full-lengthed official album 《Mr.Simple》 has sailed to the top of the Taiwanese music charts, confirming their status as Asia’s super group.
Super Junior’s 5th album title song 《Mr.Simple》 has successfully occupied the top position on Taiwan’s largest online music site KKBOX’s Korean/Japanese Music TOP100 charts. Following their first place win on the daily charts, they have ascended to the champion’s throne on the weekly charts [14th August – 20th August] as well, once again allowing everyone to witness the fervent enthusiasm of the Taiwanese fans for Super Junior.
Previously, the title song of Super Junior’s 4th album 《Miinah》 had occupied the top position on the charts for 63 consecutive weeks, beginning from the first week of June last year until August this year. Super Junior’s Shindong recently said that he feels awkward when he’s with Donghae.
Shindong and Donghae appeared on cable channel Mnet’s Beatles Code and talked about their relationship.
Shindong said, “I thought about how it would feel when I’m alone with Donghae. I think it’s would feel awkward to have dinner alone with him.”

Super Junior’s Eunhyk and SNSD’s Tiffany challenge to act in broadway musical Fame, which will be produced in new Korean version.
Fame is a musical film that was popular since 1995, where 4 million spectators watched, making over ￡56 million, and has been nominated a bestseller production across the world.
The musical film depicts a group of vibrant, energetic people who audition to study at a School of Performing Arts.
The strict auditioning selects only the most competent candidates, who aspire to study dancing, singing, acting, and various other arts. The students who pass the auditioning work diligently and dream to become the top 1% who perform well at school. In this musical film, actor Son Ho Young and Go Eun Sung will act Nick Piazza’s role, Super Junior’s Eunhyk and actor Kim Dae Hyun will act Tyrone Jackson’s role, and SNSD’s Tiffany and actress Shin Eui Jung will act the role of Darmen Diaz. The role of Serena Katz will be played by The Grace’s Lina and actress Choi Joo Ri, and the role of Schlomo Metzenbaum will be played by TRAX’s Jung Mo and violinist Lee Il Keun.
Tickets for Fame will be sold from September 6 at 10:00 a.m. and will be performed at Olympic park Geum Yoong Art Hall. The show will run starting from November 25 until January 29 next year.
